摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)传染性强,潜伏期临床症状不明显,故手外科患者在疫情期间的收治处理是一个亟需解决的问题。本文根据作者及本院外科临床一线医师在救治COVID-19患者过程中的一些经验,结合国家各项指南,最新研究及文献,总结整理出一个疫情期间手外科患者诊疗的流程建议及注意事项,希望为广大的手外科医生提供参考。The novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)is highly infectious and the clinical symptoms are not obvious during the latent period.Therefore,the treatment of hand surgery patients during the epidemic period is a pressing problem.Based on the author's experience in the treatment of COVID-19 patients,combined with various national guidelines,the latest researches and literatures,this paper summarizes and sorts out the suggestions and precautions for the diagnosis and treatment of hand surgery patients during the epidemic period,hoping to provide reference for the majority of hand surgeons.
