摘 要:针对近年来直立锁边金属屋面风揭破坏情况,本文对金属屋面系统进行了抗风性能研究。通过屋面系统抗风揭试验,获知金属屋面系统在风载下的破坏情况及破坏特征,得到了模型的抗风极限荷载。通过有限元计算,进一步分析了檩条间距、支座距离和抗风夹设置情况等因素对金属屋面系统抗风揭极限承载力的影响。所得成果和结论可为相关工程设计提供借鉴。In this paper,the wind resistance performance of metal roofing system has been studied according to the wind breakage of metal roofing with vertical locking edge in recent years.Through the wind resistance test of roof system,the damage situation and characteristics of metal roof system under wind load were clarified,and the ultimate wind load of the model was obtained by the test.Through finite element calculation,the influence of factors such as purline spacing,bearing distance and wind clamp setting on the ultimate bearing capacity of metal roofing system was further analyzed.The results and conclusions can be used for reference in relevant engineering design.
