摘 要:通过岩相法、砂浆棒快速法及砂浆棒长度法对制备混凝土所用到的砂石骨料进行碱活性检验;同时研究掺高钙粉煤灰对抑制混凝土碱骨料反应的效果。试验结果表明:用岩相法初步判定出A1料场的粗骨料及细骨料均含有碱活性;然后用砂浆棒快速法和砂浆棒长度法检验出A1料场粗骨料及细骨料均为碱活性骨料。掺入20%的高钙粉煤灰可降低骨料膨胀率,从而可有效抑制混凝土碱骨料反应。The limestone aggregate used in the preparation of concrete was tested for alkali activity by petrographic method,mortar rod rapid method and mortar rod length method;at the same time,the effect of high calcium fly ash on the inhibition of concrete alkali aggregate reaction was studied.The test results show that the crude aggregates and fine aggregates of the A1 stockyard are initially determined to contain alkali activity by the lithofacies method;the coarse aggregates and fine aggregates of the A1 stockyard are subsequently detected by the mortar rod rapid method and the mortar rod length method are all alkali active aggregates.Mixing 20%high calcium fly ash can reduce the expansion rate of aggregate,which can effectively inhibit the alkali aggregate reaction of concrete.
