摘 要:本文通过制备湿排粉煤灰泡沫混凝土试样,研究了湿排粉煤灰泡沫混凝土抗压强度随浆料比、细集料占比以及表干容重的关系,并对湿排粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的吸水率与水胶比关系进行了试验。试验结果表明:不同龄期湿排粉煤灰泡沫混凝土抗压强度会随着浆料比的增加和细集料比的降低而增加;湿排粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的抗压强度会随着表干容重的增加而增加;当水胶比大于一定值后,湿排粉煤灰泡沫混凝土吸水率会随着水胶比的增加而增加。Based on the preparation of wet-discharged fly ash foamed concrete samples,the relationship between the compressive strength of the wet-discharged fly ash foamed concrete,the slurry ratio,the proportion of fine aggregate and the surface dry bulk density were studied in the paper.At the same time,the relationship between the water absorption rate of wet-discharged fly ash foam concrete and the water-binder ratio was tested.The test results show that the compressive strength of wet-discharged fly ash foamed concrete at different ages will increase with the increase of the slurry ratio and the decrease of the fine aggregate ratio.The compressive strength of wet-discharged fly ash foam concrete will increase with the increase of surface dry bulk density.When the water-binder ratio is greater than a certain value,the water absorption of wetdischarged fly ash foam concrete will increase as the water-binder ratio increases.
