摘  要:为解决雨伞上雨水破坏家庭环境设备等问题,结合螺旋传动原理,研究了将螺旋传动机构设计为单向螺旋传动机构,利用单向螺旋传动机构和杠杆机构实现了正向行程和反向行程,保持螺杆连续同向转动,智能控制模块实时监控雨伞脱水数据,研制了一种基于单向螺旋传动机构的智能脱水装置,适用于客厅、学生宿舍和酒店等各种场所。In order to solve the problem of rain damage to the family environment and equipment on the umbrella,combined with the principle of screw drive,the screw drive mechanism is designed as a one-way screw drive mechanism.The forward stroke and reverse stroke are realized by using the one-way screw drive mechanism and lever mechanism,and the screw is kept continuously rotating in the same direction.The intelligent control module monitors the dehydration data of the umbrella in real time.The intelligent dehydration device of screw drive mechanism is suitable for living room,student dormitory,hotel and other places.
