摘 要:由于亚氨基二乙腈反应过程中会释放大量热量,同时也需要大量冷源对于反应后产物进行急速降温。针对目前释放热量未得到充分利用,导致能源浪费的现象。以国内某化工企业为例,通过数据分析与计算得出企业实际的能源消费总量、消费结构及能源流向;并通过与国内外天然气制亚氨基二乙腈同类企业的产量和能耗比较,找出该企业在工艺技术水平和能耗指标方面的差距;然后针对企业实际生产系统,对其能源消耗情况和节能潜力进行了分析计算,由此制定余热系统节能改造方案,通过使用溴化锂制冷机替代原有氨制冷机,不仅合理利用原放空的反应热量,同时节约了大量的电力消耗。Because the reaction process of Iminodiacetonitrile will release a lot of heat,at the same time,a large number of cold sources are needed to cool the product rapidly.At present,the heat released is not fully utilized,which leads to energy waste.Aim at the above problems,as an example of a domestic chemical enterprises,this study finds out the distance of the technology and energy consumption by means of the comparison of product output and energy consumption of Iminodiacetonitrile manufactured by nature gas between industry and international and the actual energy consumption,structure of consumption and energy flow by the actual consultation and calculation.According to the actual production system of the enterprise,the energy consumption and energy saving potential are analyzed and calculated,and the energy saving transformation scheme of the waste heat system is formulated.By using lithium bromide refrigerator instead of the original ammonia refrigerator,not only the reaction heat of the original venting is rationally used,but also a large amount of power consumption is saved.
