摘  要:某钢厂余热锅炉大弯管前后发生2次爆管事故,迫使电厂紧急停炉,为分析爆管事故原因,采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试、宏观和微观组织分析等方法对试样进行了分析,并对现场运行环境参数进行了核查,结果表明:爆管材料的化学成分正常,但力学性能却有所下降,管材金相组织显示珠光体球化严重,经调查现场运行并无超温现象,而宏观形貌却有白色腐蚀物,且腐蚀物中Na离子超标。最终分析认为,该大弯管处于应力集中位置,且运行中存在碱腐蚀,在高温高压下环境下材料组织球化严重,抗高温性能下降,最终致使大弯管失效爆管。In order to analyze the cause of the accident,the chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,macro and micro structure analysis were used to analyze the samples,and the field operation environment parameters were checked.The results show that the chemical composition of the explosion material is normal,but the mechanical properties are decreased The metallographic structure of the material shows that pearlite spheroidization is serious,and there is no overtemperature in the field operation after investigation,but there is white corrosion in the macroscopic appearance,and Na+ion in the corrosion exceeds the standard.As a result,the large bend is in the stress concentration position,and there is alkali corrosion in operation.Under high temperature and high pressure environment,the material structure is spheroidized seriously,and the high temperature resistance performance is reduced,which eventually leads to the failure of the large bend and tube explosion.
