摘 要:针对大豆病虫害的防控,采用室内生测方法开展了苯醚甲环唑、咯菌腈、噻虫嗪及其不同配比组合分别对大豆根腐病及小地老虎的联合毒力和作物安全性评价以期为高效、安全的最佳药剂配比筛选的确定及其种子处理剂的研发提供科学指导。试验结果表明,苯醚甲环唑与咯菌腈混配对大豆根腐病病菌的联合作用因混配比列不同而异,当苯醚甲环唑与咯菌腈的配比为1∶1和1∶0.6时,混剂对大豆根腐病菌的毒力表现为增效作用,其共毒系数分别为138.17和125.32,其中以1∶1混配组合的增效作用最明显。当苯醚甲环唑与咯菌腈以1∶1混配后,再与噻虫嗪进行不同比列混配,发现三者的比例为0.8∶0.8∶22.4时,混剂对大豆根腐病病菌、小地老虎最高活性,其EC50、LC50分别接近于杀菌混剂(0.8∶0.8) EC50和噻虫嗪LC50。以此最佳配比配制的24%苯醚·咯·噻虫种子处理悬浮剂在药剂与种子以药种比为120 g a.i./100 kg和240 g a.i./100 kg处理3种大豆种子后不影响种子的发芽、出苗和生长,说明在以上剂量范围和试验条件下此药剂对大豆安全。In order to get the highly efficient and safe product of difenoconazole·fludioxoniol·thiameihoxam suspension concentrate for seeds treatment, the mixtures of difenoconazole, fludioxoniol and thiameihoxam at different proportion were screened based on the toxicity tests to soybean root rot and Agrotis ypsilon. The experiments showed that difenoconazole had the synergistic effect with fludioxoniol for controlling soybean root rot with the co-toxicity coefficient of more than 100, and the synergistic effect was most with the co-toxicity coefficient of 138 when difenoconazole and fludioxoniol mixtured at 1∶1. The mixture of difenoconazole, fludioxoniol and thiameihoxam at the proportion of 0.8∶0.8∶22.4 had high activity to soybean root rot and Agrotis ypsilon, and the EC50 and LC50 were close to that of the mixture of difenoconazole and fludioxoniol(0.8 ∶ 0.8), and thiameihoxam respectively. The research on the safety of difenoconazole·fludioxoniol·thiameihoxam suspension concentrate to three kinds of soybean were carried out and the results were that the mixture had no effect on the germination and growth at dosage of 120 g a.i./100 g seeds and 240 g a.i./100 g seeds. This indicated that this formulation was safe to soybean under above dosage and experiment conditions.
