摘　　要：心房颤动伴偶发宽QRS波,临床最多见的为两种:一种为室性早搏,另一种为室内差异性传导。两者的鉴别是临床的重点和难点。用图解的方式对两者的鉴别点进行解释,更便于学习和理解。Two most common types of atrial fibrillation with occasional wide QRS in clinic including ventricular premature contraction and aberrant ventricular conduction.The differentiation between them is the key and difficult point in clinical practice.It is easy to study and understand that the distinguishing points of the two types are explained by diagram.
