摘  要:热塑性绝缘电缆代表着电力电缆的发展方向之一。近年来,热塑性电缆绝缘材料获得了重视。然而,与热塑性电缆绝缘材料配合使用的热塑性半导电屏蔽材料的研究仍然很少。考虑到现有热塑性电缆以聚丙烯基绝缘为主,研究了聚丙烯基热塑性半导电屏蔽材料的结构和性能。以聚丙烯和乙烯–辛烯共聚物弹性体的共混物为基体,以导电碳黑为填料,制备了碳黑质量分数为28.6%、31.0%、33.3%的复合材料。采用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了碳黑在复合材料中的分散与分布;用平行板流变仪研究了不同碳黑含量下复合材料的熔融流变行为;获得了复合材料的电导率与温度的变化关系;探究了碳黑含量与分布对复合材料的动态力学、流变及导电等性能的影响。结果表明:较高碳黑含量下,复合体系的导电性能与碳黑颗粒在聚合物中的分布状态密切相关,与碳黑填充分数关系不密切;另外,可利用流变性能和动态力学参数来判断复合体系的碳黑网络结构。综合来看,含碳黑质量分数为31.0%时,半导电屏蔽材料具有较好的导电性和加工性能。In the past years,much attention has been paid to thermoplastic insulation,as a development trend for next generation of power cables,whereas no enough attention is given in the development of thermoplastic semi-conductive shielding materials.For polypropylene-based materials are mainly adopted in thermoplastic cable insulation,in this work,we investigated the structure-property relationship of polypropylene-based semi-conductive shielding materials.The semi-conductive shielding materials were prepared by using polypropylene/ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer blends as matrix and using superconducting carbon black(28.6%,31.0%,33.3%)as filler.Carbon black dispersion in the blend matrix,rheological properties of the composites,surface roughness of the composite films and temperature dependent electrical conductivity of the composites were investigated in detail.It was found that,at a relatively higher content of carbon black,the electrical conductivity of the composites was highly related with the dispersion state of the carbon black,but was not closely related with the filling percentage of carbon black.In addition,the rheological properties and dynamic mechanical parameters can be used to evaluate the network structure of the composite system.Generally,the semi-conductive shielding material with 31.0%carbon black shows high electrical conductivity and good processing properties.
