摘　　要：货币与金融统计(MFS)是宏观经济领域四大国际统计规范之一,最新成果为国际货币基金组织于2016年3月发布的《货币金融统计手册与编制指南(MFSMCG2016)》。其不仅是将MFSM2000、MFSCG2008合二为一,更是系统性补充与完善,修订内容广泛而细致。文章从整体结构、概念与分类、核算与原则、货币统计、金融统计等五个方面解析此次修订,并将中国货币与金融统计国家实践与MFSMCG2016进行比较,在此基础上,提出了优化我国货币与金融统计体系的相关建议。Monetary and Financial Statistics(MFS)is one of the four international statistical norms in the field of macroeconomics,and the latest result is the Monetary and Financial Statistics Manual and Compilation Guide(MFSMCG2016)issued by the International Monetary Fund(IMF)in March 2016.This manual is not only the integration of MFSM 2000 and MFSCG 2008,but also the systematic supplement and improvement,with the revision extensive and detailed.This paper systematically analyzes the revision from five aspects:overall structure,concept and classification,accounting and principles,monetary statistics and financial statistics.And then,the paper compares China’s monetary and financial statistics practices with MFSMCG 2016,on the basis of which some suggestions to optimize China’s MFS are put forward.
