摘　　要：目的研究高通量透析对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者IL-6、myostatin水平的影响。方法按入选标准及排除标准筛选患者40例,随机分为两组,HF-HD组20例,LF-HD组20例。观察患者基线时血红蛋白(HGB)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、肌酐、尿素氮、IL-6、myostatin。治疗3个月后复查上述指标。用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果治疗3个月后LF-HD组的血红蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、IL-6、Myostatin水平无明显变化。HF-HD组治疗3个月后IL-6、Myostatin水平较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义。结论与低通量血液透析相比,高通量透析可显著降低维持性血液透析患者血浆中IL-6、myostatin的水平。Objective To study the effect of high-flux dialysis on the levels of IL-6 and myostatin in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods Forty patients were screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into two groups,20 in the HFHD group and 20 in the LF-HD group.Hemoglobin(HGB),serum albumin(Alb),creatinine,urea nitrogen,IL-6,myostatin were observed at baseline.Review the above indicators after 3 months of treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,albumin,creatinine,urea nitrogen,IL-6 and Myostatin in the LF-HD group did not change significantly.The levels of IL-6 and Myostatin were significantly lower in the HF-HD group after 3 months of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with low-flux hemodialysis,high-flux dialysis can significantly reduce the levels of IL-6 and myostatin in plasma of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
