沙美特罗替卡松联合顺尔宁对儿童哮喘的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究沙美特罗替卡松联合顺尔宁治疗儿童哮喘所取得的临床效果,以便为临床的治疗工作提供科学参考依据。方法选择我院在2017年3月至2018年11月收治的儿童哮喘患儿90例作为本文的研究对象,按照随机方法将所有患儿分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组,每组平均45例。两组患儿均进行常规的基础治疗,在此治疗之上为常规治疗组患儿选择采用沙美特罗替卡松进行治疗,联合治疗组在常规治疗组基础之上联合顺尔宁治疗,对两组治疗的效果进行评价和比较。结果经过治疗后,本文常规治疗组的治疗总有效率为80.00%(36/45),联合治疗组为97.78%(44/45),P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;常规治疗组不良反应发生率为17.78%(8/45),联合治疗组为20.00%(9/45),P>0.05,差异不存在统计学意义;对本文两组患儿治疗前后的肺功能进行比较,治疗以前常规治疗组和联合治疗组在FEV1和PEF等方面未有表现明显的差异,P>0.05,不存在统计学意义;治疗以后联合治疗组明显优于常规治疗组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论应用沙美特罗替卡松联合顺尔宁对儿童哮喘进行治疗,能有效的帮助患儿改善临床症状,促进治疗有效率的提升,并且具有较好的安全性,可以帮助患儿改善肺功能,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of salmeterotecasone combined with shunerning in the treatment of childhood asthma,so as to provide scientific reference for clinical treatment.Methods 90 cases of children with asthma admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the objects of this study.All children were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group and the combined treatment group,with an average of 45 cases in each group.The children in both groups received conventional basic treatment,on which the children in the conventional treatment group were selected to receive shametroticasone treatment,and the combined treatment group received yongshengning treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment group to evaluate and compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the conventional treatment group was 80.00%(36/45),and that of the combined treatment group was 97.78%(44/45),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions was 17.78%(8/45)in the conventional treatment group and 20.00%(9/45)in the combined treatment group,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.The lung function of the two groups was compared before and after treatment.Before treatment,there were significant differences in FEV1 and PEF between the conventional treatment group and the combined treatment group,with P>0.05 and no statistical significance.After treatment,the combined treatment group was significantly better than the conventional treatment group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of salmeterotecasone combined with suning in the treatment of children with asthma can effectively help children improve clinical symptoms,promote the improvement of treatment efficiency,and has a good safety,can help children improve lung function,worthy of promotion and application.
