清胆化石汤配合保胆取石术治疗胆结石的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨清胆化石汤配合保胆取石术治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的胆结石患者120例进行研究,患者均行微创保胆取石术治疗,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组60例,配合牛磺熊去氧胆酸治疗;观察组60例,配合清胆化石汤治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组患者临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者胆囊壁厚度明显低于对照组,胆囊收缩功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且两组患者比较,胆汁酸水平及总胆固醇水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者结石残留率及结石复发率均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论清胆化石汤与微创保胆取石术联合应用于胆结石患者的治疗中效果理想,可提高结石清除率、降低结石复发率,并有利于改善患者胆囊收缩功能,可在临床上进行推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingdan Huashi Decoction combined with gallstone removal in the treatment of gallstones.Methods A total of 120 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study.All patients underwent minimally invasive bile stone removal.They were grouped according to the random number table method.60 patients in the control group were treated with tauroursodeoxycholic acid.60 patients in the observation group In combination with Qingdan Huashi Decoction,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gallbladder wall thickness of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the gallbladder contraction function was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the bile acid level and total cholesterol level were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the residual rate of stones and the recurrence rate of stones were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingdan Huashi Decoction combined with minimally invasive bile stone removal is ideal for the treatment of patients with gallstones.It can improve the clearance rate of stones,reduce the recurrence rate of stones,and improve the gallbladder contraction function.It can be performed clinically.Promotion.
