脑醒通脉汤治疗脑中风后遗症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对脑醒通脉汤治疗脑中风后遗症的临床疗效进行分析评估。方法选取2016年至2017年于我院接受治疗的100例脑中风后遗症患者作为实验对象,随机分为试验组与对照组各50例,分别采用脑醒通脉汤以及常规治疗方式予以治疗,并对两组患者的临床疗效以及神经功能评分进行统计分析。结果试验组患者治疗有效率为94.0%,对照组患者治疗有效率为76.0%,差异明显,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,试验组与对照组患者神经功能评分分别为(24.8±7.6)、(25.2±7.8),数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组与对照组患者神经功能评分分别为(11.9±4.2)、(18.3±6.2),试验组患者神经功能评分显著优于对照组患者,且数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑中风后遗症患者采用脑醒通脉汤予以治疗,其治疗效果更为优异,在改善患者神经功能缺损上具有十分积极的意义,有效提升患者生活质量,且无明显不良反应,应予以推广应用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Naoxing Tongmai Decoction in treating sequelae of cerebral apoplexy.Methods 100 patients with sequelae of cerebral apoplexy treated in our hospital from 2016 to 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.Naoxing Tongmai Decoction and conventional treatment were used to treat the sequelae,and the clinical efficacy and neurological function scores of the two groups were analyzed.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.0%,while that in the control group was 76.0%.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the neurological function scores of the experimental group and the control group were(24.8±7.6),(25.2±7.8).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological function scores of the experimental group and the control group were(11.9±4.2),(18.3±6.2).The neurological function scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the data had statistical significance.(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxing Tongmai Decoction is more effective in treating sequelae of cerebral apoplexy.It has a very positive significance in improving neurological deficits of patients,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients without obvious adverse reactions.It should be popularized and applied.
