通心络胶囊对冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者血脂水平及ET、hs-CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的研究通心络胶囊对冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者血脂水平及ET、hs-CRP的影响。方法选取76例我院收治的冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各38例。对照组使用常规药物治疗,实验组则联合通心络胶囊治疗,两组治疗周期均为14 d。比较两组治疗前后心绞痛症状发作情况,血脂水平以及血清ET、hs-CRP和NO水平的变化。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组心绞痛持续时间均缩短,实验组明显短于对照组;两组发作频率均减少,且实验组少于对照组,两组血清TG、TC、LDL-C、血清ET水平均较治疗前降低,且实验组显著降低;两组血清HDL-C、NO水平均较治疗前升高,且实验组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊可明显降低冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者的血脂水平,改善血管内皮功能,抑制炎性反应,缩短患者的发作时间,减少发作频率。Objective To study the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on blood lipid levels and ET,hs-CRP in patients with angina pectoris after coronary heart disease.Methods 76 patients with angina pectoris after coronary artery disease undergoing PCI in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with 38 patients.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the experimental group was treated with Tongxinluo capsules,and the treatment period of both groups was 14 days.The changes of angina pectoris symptoms,blood lipid levels,and serum ET,hs-CRP and NO levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the duration of angina pectoris in both groups was shortened after treatment,and the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group;the frequency of attacks in both groups was reduced,and the experimental group was less than the control group.serum TG,TC,LDL-C,and serum ET levels were lower in the two groups than before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower;serum HDL-C,NO levels in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can significantly reduce blood lipid levels,improve vascular endothelial function,and inhibit inflammatory responses in patients with angina pectoris after coronary heart disease,shorten the time and frequency of attacks.
