热淋清颗粒用于轻中度寻常型痤疮治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析轻中度寻常型痤疮患者应用热淋清颗粒的临床治疗效果。方法2017年8月至2018年11月,本院该阶段共收治轻中度寻常型痤疮患者134例,随机分为两组。对照组痤疮应用丹参酮胶囊治疗,观察组应用热淋清颗粒治疗,比较两组痤疮患者的临床有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果两组痤疮患者治疗3周后的疗效比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组痤疮患者治疗9周的疗效比较,观察组疗效更优(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论热淋清颗粒用于轻中度寻常型痤疮治疗,疗效理想,值得在临床进一步推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Rilinqing granule in mild to moderate acne vulgaris.Methods From August 2017 to November 2018,134 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with tanshinone capsule and the observation group was treated with Rilinqing granule.The clinical effective rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups after 3 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The curative effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group for 9 weeks(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rilinqing granule is effective in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
