术前预见性护理在急诊异位妊娠手术护理配合中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究分析术前预见性护理在急诊异位妊娠手术护理配合中的应用效果,研究预见性护理在急诊异位妊娠手术护理配合中的临床意义。方法选择我院于2018年10月至2019年10月,1年内收治的60例急诊异位妊娠手术患者作为本次研究对象,将所有研究对象按照实施的护理方法的不同,分为对照组(30例,采用常规护理)和研究组(30例,采用预见性护理),对两组患者急诊停留时间、术后并发症发生情况以及患者满意度进行对比,并进行统计分析。结果对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用预见性护理后,研究组患者急诊停留时间明显短于对照组、患者满意度优于对照组,同时术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对急诊异位妊娠手术患者实施临床护理时,通过使用预见性护理的护理方式,可显著缩短患者急诊停留时间,并降低术后并发症发生率和提高患者满意度,进而改善患者预后,促进患者的病情康复,有较高临床使用价值,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative predictive nursing in emergency ectopic pregnancy surgical nursing,and to study the clinical significance of preoperative predictive nursing in emergency ectopic pregnancy surgical nursing.Methods Sixty patients undergoing emergency ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the different nursing methods,all the subjects were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and study group(30 cases,predictive nursing).The emergency stay time,postoperative complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The statistical analysis was carried out.Results The control group adopted conventional nursing.After the study group adopted predictive nursing,the emergency stay time of the group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the patient satisfaction was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing for patients with emergency ectopic pregnancy,by using the nursing mode of the predictive care,the emergency stay time of the patients can be remarkably shortened,the postoperative complication rate is reduced,the patient satisfaction degree is improved,the prognosis of the patients is improved,the patient's condition is improved,Has high clinical application value and is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
