探讨无缝隙护理策略在普外科手术护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨无缝隙护理策略在普外科手术护理中的应用效果。方法入选2018年11月至2019年11月的接受普通外科手术患者100例,随机分成对照组50例,观察组50例,对照组采用常规的护理方法,观察组应用无缝隙护理策略的护理方法,比较两组的护理效果,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者术前的焦虑情绪进行评价,应用视觉模拟评分(VAS)对患者的术后疼痛进行评分。结果在SAS评分比较方面,与对照组比较,观察组的评分更低,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。在术后疼痛方面,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。与对照组的并发症发生率比较,观察组的发生率更低,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。在对对照组的护理质量的比较上,观察组的护理质量评分更高,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,观察组与对照组的满意度分别是96.0%与72.0%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科手术患者的护理中采用无缝隙护理策略的方法可以减轻患者的消极情绪和术后疼痛,护理的质量很高,获得的护理满意度高,推荐在临床中应用。Objective To explore the seamless nursing strategy in general surgery nursing.Methods 100 patients who received general surgery from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was given routine nursing care and the observation group was given seamless nursing care,to compare the nursing effect of the two groups,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)was used to evaluate the patients'anxiety before operation,and visual analogue scale(Vas)was used to evaluate the postoperative pain.Results The preoperative SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).In postoperative pain,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of nursing quality,the nursing quality score of the Observation Group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the aspect of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 96.0%and 72.0%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless nursing strategy can reduce the negative emotion and postoperative pain of patients in general surgery surgery,the quality of nursing is very high,and the degree of satisfaction is high.It is recommended to be applied in clinic.
