老年心肌梗死合并心律失常患者早期康复护理干预对其心功能及预后的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察老年心肌梗死合并心律失常患者早期康复护理干预对其心功能及预后的效果。方法抽取我院64例患者(老年心肌梗死合并心律失常),入院时间于2016年9月至2018年7月期间,随机分组,对照组(32例,常规护理)和研究组(32例,早期康复护理),护理后,比较两组的心功能指标(心率、每搏量、左室射血分数、左室压力上升最大速率)、心肌再梗死率、心律失常率、生活能力评分。结果护理后,在心功能指标上,研究组优于对照组,P <0.05;在心肌再梗死率、心率失常率上,研究组均低于对照组,P<0.05;在生活能力评分上,研究组的评分高于对照组,P <0.05。结论对老年心肌梗死合并心律失常患者行早期康复护理,可改善其心功能情况,预后质量高,可有效提高生活能力,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on cardiac function and prognosis of elderly patients with myocardial infarction and arrhythmia.Methods 64 patients(aged myocardial infarction with arrhythmia)were randomly divided into control group(32 cases,routine nursing)and research group(32 cases,early rehabilitation nursing).After nursing,cardiac function indexes(heart rate,stroke volume,left ventricular ejection fraction,maximum rate of left ventricular pressure rise)and myocardial reinfarction were compared between the two groups.Rate,arrhythmia rate,life ability score.Result After nursing,the study group was better than the control group in cardiac function index(P<0.05);in myocardial reinfarction rate and heart rate arrhythmia rate,the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);in life ability score,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with myocardial infarction and arrhythmia can improve their cardiac function and prognosis.It can effectively improve their living ability.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
