摘　　要：根据Pickering乳液组成要求,结合乳化墨水组分特征,利用功能性聚丙烯酸酯聚合物实现了对墨水中颜料颗粒表面性质的可控改性。利用红外光谱、分散性和三相接触角等方法对改性前后颜料表面结构的变化进行了表征。进一步使用改性后的颜料作为着色剂与乳化分散剂,配制了乳化墨水。考察了乳化墨水理化性能、与不同材质、结构和形状的笔头的匹配性能、书写顺滑度和存储稳定性。结果显示所得乳化墨水性能优异,制备工艺简单、成本低,具有市场应用和推广前景。This paper introduced the effective procedure for modifying surface property of pigment particle used in ink by functional poly(acrylate)based on the requirement of Pickering emulsion combining with the composition characteristics of emulsion ink.The surface structure of pigment before and after the modification was characterized by FT-IR,contact angle,and dispersal property in water and oil.Then,the emulsion ink with Pickering emulsion structure was prepared using the modified pigment as stabilizing agent.The performance of the obtained ink,such as physical properties,matching properties of ink with different nibs,writing performance,and stability,was investigated.The results showed that the obtained ink with Pickering emulsion structure showed excellent writing performance and stability along with the simple preparing procedure and low price.These characteristics made it as the wonderful candidate for application in the writing pen.
