摘  要:以700℃煅烧锂渣(CLS)为原料制备煅烧锂渣基地质聚合物,研究不同硅铝比、氢氧化钠浓度对锂渣基地质聚合物性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明:当硅铝比为2.9、氢氧化钠浓度为3.5 mol/L时,煅烧锂渣基地质聚合物的强度较高,1、3、7、28 d抗压强度分别为59.0、46.8、57.8、71.3 MPa;煅烧锂渣基地质聚合物的主要产物为N-A-S-H凝胶,体系微观呈片状凝胶层层堆积的密实结构。In this study,lithium slag-based geopolymer were prepared by calcining lithium slag at 700℃.The effects of different Si/Al ratios and NaOH concentrations on the properties and microstructures of lithium slag-based geopolymer were studied.The results show that while the Si/Al ratio is 2.9,and the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 3.5 mol/L,the base polymer of lithium slag reaches higher strength.It reveals that calcining lithium slag based geopolymer exhibit compressive strength of 59.0 MPa,46.8 MPa,57.8 MPa and 71.3 MPa at 1 d,3 d,7 d and 28 d respectively.The main product of the calcined lithium slag base polymer is N-A-S-H gel,the system microscopically is dense structure of sheet gel layer.
