摘 要:以纳米TiO2和稻壳灰取代部分水泥,研究纳米TiO2对铁尾矿砂水泥砂浆强度与耐久性能的影响。试验结果表明:复掺纳米TiO2和稻壳灰可有效提高铁尾矿砂水泥砂浆的抗压和抗折强度,当纳米TiO2掺量为3%时,铁尾矿砂水泥砂浆强度达到最高;复掺20%稻壳灰和3%纳米TiO2的铁尾矿砂水泥砂浆的氯离子扩散系数最低,90 d氯离子扩散系数较基准组降低42.6%;掺入纳米TiO2和稻壳灰可明显改善铁尾矿砂水泥砂浆的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,在5%Na2SO4溶液中浸泡60 d后,复掺20%稻壳灰和3%纳米TiO2的铁尾矿砂水泥砂浆的质量损失率和强度损失率较基准组减小50%左右。The effects of nano-TiO2 and rice husk ash on the strength and durability of iron ore sand cement mortar were investigated in this paper by partially substituting cement with nano-TiO2 and rice husk ash.The results indicate that:the compressive strength and flexure strength of iron ore sand cement mortar can be effectively improved when mixed with nano-TiO2 and rice husk ash.Specifically,when the content of nano-TiO2 is 3%,the maximum strength of iron ore sand cement mortar occurs;the chloride ions diffusion coefficient of iron ore sand cement mortar incorporated with 20%rice husk ash and 3%nano-TiO2 reaches the minimum,and its chloride ions diffusion coefficient is 42.6%lower than that of the reference group after curing for 90 d;the addition of nano-TiO2 and rice husk ash can evidently enhance the sulfate corrosion resistance of iron ore sand cement mortar.After soaking in 5%Na2SO4 solution for 60 days,the mass loss rate and strength loss rate of iron ore sand cement mortar mixed with 20%rice husk ash and 3%nano-TiO2 are nearly 50%lower than those of the reference group.
