摘 要:研究了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的发泡性能与泡沫稳定性及十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对其发泡性能的影响,并通过响应面优化试验对复合发泡液的发泡性能进行了分析。结果表明:SDS的最佳发泡浓度为1.2%,且发泡性能优于SDBS;与1.2%SDS复配时SDBS的最佳用量为0.3%;PVA的最佳用量为0.003%,且能显著提升SDS的发泡倍数;PAM的最佳用量为0.02%,能有效增强泡沫的稳定性。响应面优化模型能较好地回归实验数据,试验结果与软件预测值吻合度较高。The foaming capacity and foam stability of twelve alkyl sulfate(SDS)were studied,and the effects of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS),polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and polyacrylamide(PAM)on its foaming ability were also studied.The foaming ability of the composite foam was analyzed by response surface optimization test.The results show that the optimum foaming concentration of SDS is 1.2%,and the foaming capacity is better than SDBS.The optimum dosage of SDBS is 0.3%,the optimum dosage of PVA is 0.003%,and the foaming capacity of SDS can be significantly improved.The best dosage of PAM is 0.02%,which can effectively enhance the stability of foam.Response surface optimization model can better regress experimental data,and the experimental results are in good agreement with the predicted values of the software.
