摘  要:随着我国江河湖库疏浚工程的开展,疏浚土的后续处理是一大难题,而将疏浚土资源化利用具有广泛的应用前景。通过4因素3水平正交试验,研究水灰比、砂率、含水率50%疏浚土掺量及六偏磷酸钠浓度对混凝土路面砖抗压强度的影响。结果表明:对掺疏浚土混凝土路面砖的抗压强度影响最大的是水灰比,影响最小的是砂率;最优配合比为:水灰比0.40,砂率0.35,疏浚土掺量20%(含水率50%),六偏磷酸钠浓度5%。With the development of the dredging project of rivers and lakes in China,the follow-up treatment of dredged soil is a big problem,and the utilization of dredged soil resources has a wide application prospect.The influence of water cement ratio,sand ratio,content of dredged soil with 50%moisture and sodium hexametaphosphate concentration on the compressive strength of concrete paving units was studied by orthogonal test at 4 factors and 3 levels.The results show that:The most important influence on the compressive strength of the concrete paving units with dredged soil is the water-cement ratio,the minimum impact is the sand ratio.The optimal mixing ratio is:water cement ratio of 0.4,sand ratio of 0.35,20%dredged soil(50%moisture),and 5%sodium hevetaphosphate.
