This paper investigated the solid-liquid separation of 2 kg of cassava wastewater after alcohol fermentation, and obtained 5.98 L of waste liquid with a COD concentration of 29340 mg/L and 1.36 kg of alcohol waste residue.2 kg of cassava by-product after alcohol fermentation is alcohol wastewater.Through the experiment and calculation, the alcohol wastewater was separated into 5.98 L alcohol waste liquid and 1.36 kg alcohol waste residue. After the treatment of 5.98 L alcohol waste liquid in UASB reactor and it is get 55.13 L methane, which can replace 118.3 L coal gas.The 1.36 kg of cassava residue was treated by CSTR reactor and it is get 116.33 L of methane, which can replace 249.42 L of coal gas.A cassava ethanol distillery with an annual capacity of 100,000 t was taken as an example for economic analysis. The rational use of byproducts of alcohol fermentation can reduce energy consumption in alcohol production and increase winery profits. This paper provides a useful reference for pollution control of cassava alcohol waste liquor.
