摘 要:介绍了国内大型常减压装置常压转油线和减压转油线的管道布置和柔性设计。通过对国内几家常减压装置常压转油线和减压转油线的管道布置和柔性设计分析和对比,得到了相对优化的管道布置方式。此方式通过水平延伸布置方式在满足设备管嘴受力以及管道柔性的要求下达到最佳的投资收益比。结果表明这种方式的常压转油线和减压转油线工程设计是非常成功的。This paper introduces the piping layout and flexible design of the atmospheric pressure transfer line and the pressure reduction transfer line of the domestic large atmospheric pressure reduction device.By analyzing and comparing the piping layout and flexible design of the atmospheric pressure transfer line and the pressure reduction transfer line of several atmospheric and vacuum devices in China,a relatively optimized pipeline arrangement was obtained.This method achieves the best investment-to-income ratio by satisfying the requirements of equipment nozzle stress and pipeline flexibility through horizontally extending arrangement.The analysis results show that the engineering design of the normal-pressure transfer line and the reduced-pressure transfer line in this way is very successful.
