摘 要:以衡阳师范学院化学师范专业为例,在教学课程、教学方法等方面提出一些改革措施,以解决当前化学师范专业学生创新能力培养的各种问题和促进学生在实践教学中提高创新能力。通过改革和优化化学专业课程体系、教师教学方法、实验教学模式和建立合理的科研创新激励机制等举措,我们进一步探讨了如何引导学生进行科研创新能力的培养,为化学师范专业学生营造出一个实施创新和能力培养的良好环境。Taking the teacher-oriented chemistry-major of Hengyang Normal University as an example,this paper proposes several reform measures in the teaching curriculum and teaching methods to solve the various problems of the current chemistry teacher professional students’innovative ability training and to promote students’ability to improve their creativity in practical teaching.Through reform and optimization of the chemistry curriculum system,teacher teaching methods,experimental teaching mode and the establishment of reasonable research and innovation incentives,we further explored how to guide students to develop research and innovation capabilities,and create a good environment for chemistry teachers to implement innovation and training ability.
