摘 要:钢混组合梁斜拉桥常用于城市景观桥梁,其竖提转体施工工艺涉及提升牵引同步控制、提升过程缆风绳替换等施工难点。研究对象为同类型转体施工中质量最大的钢索塔——陕西省韩城市太史大街西延桥梁钢索塔,该桥质量达2100 t。本文介绍2100 t钢索塔转体施工的力学分析方法,并完成了提升过程不同载荷工况下钢索塔、提升塔整体与重要结构的计算。The steel-mixed composite beam cable-stayed bridge is often used in the urban landscape bridge.The construction technology of the vertical swivel construction involves the difficulty of lifting traction synchronous control and the replacement of the cable wind rope in the lifting process.The object of this study is the steel cable tower of the Xiyan Bridge of Taishi street,Hancheng City,Shaanxi Province,which is the steel tower with the largest weight in the same type of swivel construction and has a mass of 2100 t.This paper mainly introduces the mechanical analysis method for the vertical swivel construction of 2100 t steel cable tower.The overall and key structures calculation of the steel cable tower and the lifting tower under different load conditions during the lifting process are completed.
