摘  要:近年来国家生态工程的生态成效和生态效应评估成为各界关注的热点。水土保持是我国生态环境建设的重要生态工程措施,随着水土保持生态工程的逐步实施,我国的生态环境建设已初见成效。如何全面、科学地评价水土保持的生态成效和生态效应是今后研究工作的重点,也是我国水土保持生态工程进一步科学实施和有序管理的重要保障。通过首次对水土保持生态效应及其评价的内涵进行界定,对水土保持生态效应评价的尺度和常用评价方法进行归纳总结,以便为水土保持生态工程及其他国家重大生态工程的成效和效应评估提供借鉴。Ecological effects and its assessment of the national ecological engineering has become a hot topic in recent years.Soil and water conservation is an important ecological engineering measure for ecological environment construction in China,which have already achieved initial success along with the implementation of the ecological restoration of soil and water conservation engineering.Therefore,how to comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the ecological effects of soil and water conservation is the key of future research which is also important guarantee for the management of Chinese soil and water conservation ecological engineering scientifically and orderly.Through defining the connotation of the ecological effects of soil and water conservation and its evaluation for the first time,the scale and commonly used evaluation methods of the ecological effect of soil and water conservation are summarized in this paper.It is expected to provide reference for the effectiveness and effects evaluation of soil and water conservation ecological engineering and other national ecological engineering.
