摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理在升主动脉瘤伴主动脉瓣关闭不全患者中的应用。方法选取2017年9月~2018年9月江西省人民医院收治的60例升主动脉瘤伴主动脉瓣关闭不全患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间先后分为对照组(n=30)和干预组(n=30)。对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用针对性护理,比较两组护理总满意度和术后并发症发生率。结果干预组护理总满意度(93.33%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组并发症总发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在主动脉瘤伴主动脉瓣关闭不全的患者的围术期取得更好的疗效和患者满意度,降低并发症的发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of targeted nursing in patients with ascending aortic aneurysm and aortic regurgitation.Methods Sixty patients with ascending aortic aneurysm and aortic regurgitation who were admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into control group(n=30)and intervention group(n=30)according to the time of admission.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group used targeted nursing.The total satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the incidence of postoperative complications were compared.Results The total satisfaction of nursing in the intervention group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(66.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the intervention group(3.33%)was lower than that of the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing in patients with aortic aneurysm with aortic regurgitation in the perioperative period to obtain better results and patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,it is worth promoting.
