摘 要:为解决小宝鼎煤矿采煤工作面瓦斯绝对涌出量增大的问题,以8322-5工作面为背景,论证建立瓦斯抽采系统的可行性,设计采用顺煤层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯、专用瓦斯排放尾巷,降低回风巷内瓦斯浓度、埋管抽采上隅角瓦斯等措施,有效解决了工作面瓦斯绝对涌出量显著升高的问题,最终实现了综采工作面的安全、高效生产,对今后普采转综采工作面的瓦斯治理提供指导意义。In order to solve the problem of increasing absolute gas emission in the coal mining working face of the Xiaobaoding Mine,the feasibility of establishing a gas drainage system was demonstrated with the 8322-5 working face as the design.Measures such as reducing the gas concentration in the air return roadway by special gas discharge,and extracting upper corner gas from buried pipes,which effectively solved the problem of a significant increase in absolute gas emission from the working face,and finally realized the safe mining of the fully mechanized mining face.Efficient production has guiding significance for gas management in the general mining of fully mechanized working face in the future.
