“肿瘤干细胞”视角下论伏邪与肿瘤发生学

摘　　要：肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤发生、复发及转移的根源,具备自我更新、无限增殖、高致瘤性、强耐药性及多向分化的"干性"特点。伏邪致病之"毒自内生,深伏血道,内藏脏腑,流注全身,伺机为患,正盛则伏而不发,正虚则出而为病"即是对肿瘤干细胞"干性"的极致描述。引发了笔者在"肿瘤干细胞"视角下探析"伏邪-肿瘤发生"病机关联,以期为肿瘤中医发生学提供新认识,进一步为阐释中医"扶正祛邪"治疗肿瘤提供生物学基础。The tumor stem cells are the origin of tumor occurrence,recurrence and metastasis.They have the characteristics of self-renewal,unlimited proliferation,high tumorigenicity,strong drug resistance and multi-directional differentiation.While the characteristics of Latent Pathogen are "endogenous,deep in the blood channel,containing the viscera,flowing into the whole body,and waiting for the opportunity to cause disease;it will be subdued but not developed when the vital Qi is strong,and it will cause disease when the vital Qi is deficient",so this can be the ultimate description of the above cancer stem cell’s characteristics.Hereby,this article discusses the relationship between latent pathogen and tumorigenesis from the perspective of tumor stem cells,so as to provide a new understanding of TCM oncogenesis,and further provide a biological basis for the interpretation of TCM treatment of tumor.
