加味三拗汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中医症状积分及血气分析指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察加味三拗汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者中医症状积分及血气分析指标的影响。方法:收集2014年11月~2018年11月于成都中医药大学第二附属医院中西医结合科住院治疗的AECOPD患者154例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用加味三拗汤免煎剂型口服,观察治疗前后两组患者临床症状体征积分和血气分析指标变化情况。结果:加味三拗汤能改善AECOPD患者临床症状体征积分和血气分析pH、PaCO2、PaO2指标,其疗效明显优于对照组。结论:加味三拗汤对改善AECOPD患者临床症状体征和血气分析指标,其疗效可能与加味三拗汤促进痰液引流、改善AECOPD患者肺通气作用有关。Objective: To study the effect of Modified San’ao Decoction on TCM symptom scores and blood gas analysis indexes for patients with acute stage of pulmonary heart disease.Methods: Collected in November 2014 to November 2018 in Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in hospital treatment of 154 cases of patients with acute phase of cor pulmonale,the controlled group treated by routine western medicine,on the basis of the controlled group and the treatment group with San’ao Decoction flavored avoid fried oral dosage forms,observed two groups of patients before and after the treatment of clinical symptoms and signs of integral and blood gas analysis index changes.Results: Modified San’ao Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and signs scores and blood gas analysis indexes of pH,PaCO2 and PaO2 in patients with acute cor pulmonale.Conclusion: Modified San’ao Decoction can improve the clinical signs and symptoms and blood gas analysis indexes of patients with acute cor pulmonale,and its efficacy may be related to the improvement of sputum drainage and pulmonary ventilation in patients with acute cor pulmonale.
