摘 要:SiO2气凝胶是当前世界上热导率最低以及密度最小的固体材料,具有极高的孔隙率,在众多领域都有广泛的应用以及拥有巨大的应用潜力。以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)作为硅源,通过溶胶-凝胶过程制备SiO2气凝胶,并将其与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(MTC)的共聚物通过静电作用相连接,制得聚合物增强SiO2气凝胶复合材料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR),Zeta电位检测,凝胶渗透色谱,热重分析(TG),差示扫描量热分析(DSC)等对SiO2气凝胶和SiO2气凝胶复合材料进行表征。试验结果表明:SiO2气凝胶复合材料中成功引入了MTC和MMA,且聚合过程反应完全,制备所得聚合物增强SiO2气凝胶复合材料为纳米多孔材料。SiO2气凝胶复合材料中的共聚物和SiO2气凝胶成功地通过静电作用相连接。SiO2气凝胶使聚合物增强SiO2气凝胶复合材料的分子量降低,影响聚合反应效果,同时SiO2气凝胶可以提高聚合物增强SiO2气凝胶复合材料热稳定性和SiO2气凝胶复合材料的玻璃化温度。SiO2 aerogel is a solid material with the lowest thermal conductivity and the lowest density in the world.It has a high porosity and has a wide range of applications and great potential in many fields.In this paper,ethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)was used as the silicon source to prepare SiO2 aerogel through the sol-gel process,and the copolymer of methyl methacrylate(MMA)and methyl acryloyoyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(MTC)was connected by electrostatic action to obtain polymer-enhanced SiO2 aerogel composite.SiO2 aerogel and SiO2 aerogel composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Zeta point detection,gel permeation chromatography,thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the prepared polymer-reinforced SiO2 aerogel composite was a nano porous material,MTC and MMA were successfully introduced into the SiO2 aerogel composite,and the polymerization process was complete.The copolymer in SiO2 aerogel composites is successfully connected to SiO2 aerogel by electrostatic interaction.SiO2 aerogel reduced the molecular weight of polymer-reinforced SiO2 aerogel composites,which affected the polymerization effect.At the same time,SiO2 aerogel can improve the thermal stability of polymer reinforced SiO2 aerogel composites and the glass transition temperature of SiO2 aerogel composites.
