摘  要:在城市新中心区快速发展的背景下,对其室外热环境的优化研究成为一项重要课题。由于建筑布局对城市局地微气候的影响起重要作用,通过开展调研、建立重要规划指标为平均值的模拟工况并进行ENVI-met模拟,分析不同朝向及建筑布局与局地热环境的关系,针对新中心区街坊规划设计提出建议:当采用板列式布局时,建议板式建筑朝东西向布置;当采用点群式与板列式混合布局、点群式与围合式混合布局时,建议板式建筑与半围合建筑朝东西向布置;采用围合式布局时,建议建筑朝东南或西南向布置。板列式布局、点群式与板列式混合布局、点群式与围合式混合布局应当避免建筑群同时向东、西两个方向开口,还要避免建筑群朝东、南向开口的同时朝西、北方向封闭。In the context of rapid development of the new urban central area,the optimization of its outdoor thermal environment is an important topic.Building layout influences on local microclimate.By conducting investigation,setting up the simulation working condition and performing ENVI-met simulation,the paper analyses the relationship among orientation,building layout and local microclimate,putting forward some suggestions according to neighborhood plan and design in the new central district:with plate column type,the buildings are in east-west layout;with point group mixed with plate column or enclosed type,the plate column buildings and semi-enclosed buildings are in east-west layout;with enclosed type,the buildings are in southeast or southwest layout.Layouts such as plate column,point group mixed with plate column,point group mixed with enclosed type should avoid buildings opening in both east and west directions at the same time,and avoid buildings opening to the east and south while closed to the west and north.
