瘀血痹片抗炎镇痛药效作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨瘀血痹片抗炎镇痛的药效作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型及冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,考察瘀血痹片的抗炎作用;采用小鼠扭体法、小鼠热板法,考察瘀血痹片的镇痛效果。结果瘀血痹片中、高剂量剂量(2.50、3.75 g/kg)可以缓解小鼠耳肿胀;抑制毛细血管通透性;给药后小鼠扭体次数降低;给药60、120 min后痛域时间均延长。结论瘀血痹片具有良好的抗炎镇痛效果。Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Yuxuebi tablet.Methods In order to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Yuxuebi tablet,xylene induced ear swelling model and glacial acetic acid induced increase of capillary permeability in mice abdominal cavity were used,and the analgesic effect of Yuxuebi tablet was investigated by writhing body method and hot plate method.Results The middle and high dose of Yuxuebi tablet(2.50 and 3.75 g/kg)can alleviate the ear swelling of mice,inhibit the capillary permeability,reduce the number of writhing of mice after administration,and prolong the time of pain domain after administration of 60 and 120 minutes.Conclusion Yuxuebi tablet has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
