赣闽粤省际边界城市生态文明比较研究

摘　　要：从经济—生态—社会的相互关系出发,选取了27个具有可操作性的评价指标,构建以经济子系统、生态子系统、社会子系统为一级指标并依据压力—状态—响应模型建立赣闽粤省际边界城市生态文明评价指标体系,运用熵权法定量研究边界城市的生态文明建设的总评价值,并与非边界城市九江、珠海、漳州做比较.研究表明:赣州市生态文明评价值是边界城市中最高的,且响应措施及时,生态文明发展会越来越好;梅州市生态文明绩效最低,若政府再不积极响应,生态文明建设之后只会越来越糟;龙岩市生态文明评价值也较低,但政府响应措施到位,龙岩市通过政府的努力生态文明前景越来越光明.边界城市生态文明建设无论在总评价值上还是各子系统来看,都与其他三个非边界城市存在较大区别.本文研究结果可为三省边界城市更好的建设生态文明提供一定的借鉴和参考.Based on the economic-ecological-social relationship,the paper selects 27 operational evaluation indicators and constructs economic subsystems,ecological subsystems and social subsystems as the first-level indicators based on the pressure-state-response model.The evaluation index system of ecological civilization in the inter-provincial border cities of Fujian and Guangdong.According to this index system,we use the entropy weight method to quantitatively study the total evaluation value of ecological civilization construction in border cities,and compare it with the situation of non-boundary cities Jiujiang,Zhuhai and Zhangzhou.The study shows that the ecological civilization evaluation value of Ganzhou is the highest among the border cities,and the response measures are timely,and the ecological civilization development will be better and better.Meizhou city has the lowest ecological civilization performance.If the government does not respond positively,the ecological civilization construction will only get worse and worse.The evaluation value of ecological civilization of longyan city is also low,but the government's response measures are in place,and the prospect of ecological civilization of longyan city is getting brighter and brighter through the efforts of the government.The ecological civilization construction of border cities is different from the other three non-border cities in terms of overall evaluation value and subsystems.The results of this paper can provide some references for the better construction of ecological civilization in border cities of three provinces.
