摘  要:为明确生物药肥对水稻秧苗免疫抗病机理,采用液体培养法测定哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)、青霉(Penicillium)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)解钾和解磷能力,同时将菌株与N、P、K养分复配成生物药肥应用于水稻育秧,分析水稻秧苗对立枯病免疫抗病机理。结果表明,试验菌株解磷和解钾能力存在显著差异,解钾能力表现为:枯草芽孢杆菌最高,哈慈木霉与青霉无显著差异,解磷能力表现为:青霉>哈茨木霉>枯草芽孢杆菌。生物药肥施用后,水稻秧苗茎基部宽度、地上部和根系鲜重、干重均显著增加;水稻秧苗抗逆酶SOD、POD活性和Pro含量显著提高,MDA含量显著降低;土壤碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量均显著高于对照;生物药肥施用后,立枯病发病率显著降低,以哈茨木霉+枯草芽孢杆菌+青霉复合菌复配生物药肥效果最好。In order to determine the effects of bio-fertilizer onthe mechanism of immune resistance in rice seedlings,liquid culture method was used to determine the ability of Bacillus subtilis,Trichoderma harzianum and Penicilliumto dissolve potassium and phosphorus,at the same time,the bacterial strains were mixed with N,P and K nutrients into biological fertilizer used for rice seedling culture,and the mechanism of immune resistance in rice seedlings was determined.The results showed that there were differences in the ability of phosphorus and potassium to be dissolved in the tested bacterial strains.Bacillus subtilis had the higher ability to dissolve potassium than Trichoderma harzianum and Penicillium,and there was no difference between Trichoderma harzianum and Penicillium.The ability todissolve phosphorus was Penicillium>Trichoderma harzianum>Bacillus subtilis.After application of biological fertilizer,the root width,shoot and root fresh weight and dry weight of rice seedlings significantly increased;SOD,POD activity and Pro content of rice seedlings obviously increased,and MDA content significantly decreased;the contents of soil alkaline nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium were obviously higher than those of the control;after the application of biological fertilizer,the rice seedling blight could be significantly reduced,and the effect of Trichoderma harzianum+Penicillium+Bacillus subtilis was the best treatment.
