摘  要:目的研究一种氨基酸光敏复合消毒液中和剂的有效性,以准确评价其消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量法中和剂试验程序,对某氨基酸光敏复合消毒液的中和剂进行评价。结果用含5 g/L聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、5 g/L硫代硫酸钠、1 g/L吐温-80、1 g/L卵磷脂的磷酸盐缓冲液作为中和剂,可有效中和该氨基酸光敏复合消毒剂对试验微生物的残留作用,且中和剂、中和产物对受试菌株及其培养基均无不良影响。结论以聚苯乙烯磺酸钠为主要成份的中和剂可用于氨基酸光敏复合消毒液的消毒效果评价试验。Objective To study the effectiveness of neutralizer for amino acid photosensitizer compound disinfectant,so as to accurately evaluate its disinfection effect.Methods The neutralizer test procedure of suspension quantitative method was used to evaluate the neutralizer of a certain amino acid photosensitizer compound disinfectant.Results Using phosphate buffer solution containing 5 g/L sodium polystyrene sulfonate,5 g/L sodium thiosulfate,1 g/L Tween-80 and 1 g/L lecithin as the neutralizer could effectively neutralize the residual effect of the amino acid photosensitizer compound disinfectant on the test microorganisms,and the neutralizer and the product of neutralization had no adverse effects on the tested bacteria and its culture medium.Conclusion The neutralizer with sodium polystyrene sulfonate as the main component can be used for the evaluation test of the disinfection effect of amino acid photosensitizer compound disinfectant.
