三种过氧乙酸对消化内镜消毒效果的研究

摘　　要：目的研究3种过氧乙酸对消化内镜的消毒效果,为实际应用提供参考。方法采用现场消毒试验方法,对3种品牌过氧乙酸消毒消化内镜的效果进行观察。结果所有品牌过氧乙酸按其厂家设定的使用浓度和作用时间进行试验,A品牌过氧乙酸手工和消毒机程序消毒、灭菌效果合格率分别为95.24%、90.00%、33.33%、35.00%。B品牌过氧乙酸手工和消毒机程序消毒、灭菌合格率分别为90.48%、95.00%、66.67%、50.00%。C品牌过氧乙酸消毒机程序消毒、灭菌合格率分别为94.52%和41.10%。结论3种品牌过氧乙酸不同处理方式高效消毒效果合格率均可达到90%以上,灭菌效果合格率波动在33%~66%范围。Objective To explore the disinfection effects of three kinds of peracetic acid(PAA)on digestive endoscope,and provide reference for practical application.Methods The on-site disinfection experiment method was used to observe the effects of three brands of PAA on disinfecting digestive endoscopes.Results The working concentration and action time of PAA for all brands were in accordance with the manufactors.For PAA of brand A,the qualified rate of manual disinfection,AER disinfection,manual sterilization and AER sterilization was 95.24%,90.00%,33.33%and 35.00%,respectively.For PAA of brand B,the qualified rate of manual disinfection,AER disinfection,manual sterilization and AER sterilization was 90.48%,95.00%,66.67%and 50.00%,respectively.For PAA of brand C,the qualified rate of AER disinfection and AER sterilization was 94.52%and 41.10%respectively.Conclusion The qualified rates of high-efficiency disinfection and sterilization of different treatment methods of three brands of PAA can reach more than 90%,and the qualified rate of sterilization effect fluctuates in the range of 33%to 66%.
