摘 要:目的研究载体压印法用于医院物体表面及手表面微生物采样的效果,为表面微生物采样方法的选择提供参考。方法通过细菌定量检测方法,对载体压印法采样物体表面及手表面细菌的方法进行评价,并与传统的棉拭子采样法作平行比较。结果共采集物体表面标本配273对,压印法对物体表面细菌的捕获率、细菌检出率均显著高于棉拭涂抹法,7种不同材质物体表面中,不锈钢物体表面2种采样方法结果一致率达到94.00%,但塑料物体表面2种采样方法结果一致率仅76.86%。采集医务人员手196配对,载体压印法细菌的检出率和捕获量均高于棉拭涂抹法。医院4种岗位人员中,以护士手2种采样方法结果的一致率最高,达到83.61%。结论载体压印法与棉拭涂抹法检测结果一致性较好,载体压印法采样捕获率更高,操作更简单,适用性较好。Objective To study the effect of dipslides on microbial sampling on object surfaces and hand surfaces in hospital,and to provide reference for the selection of surface microbial sampling method.Methods Through the method of quantitative detection of bacteria,the method of bacteria sampling on the object sufaces and hand surfaces by dipslides was evaluated and compared with the traditional cotton swab sampling method.Results A total of 273 pairs of samples were collected on the object surfaces,and dipslides had a significantly higher rate of bacteria capture and detection on the object surfaces than that of the cotton swab method.Among the seven different materials,the consistency rate of two sampling methods on the stainless steel surface reached 94.00%,but the consistency rate of two sampling methods on the plastic object surface was only 76.86%.196 pairs of samples were collected on the hand surfaces of medical staff,and dipslides also had a significantly higher rate of bacteria capture and detection than that of the cotton swab method.Among the staff of four positions in hospital,the consistency rate of two sampling methods on the hand surfaces of nurses was up to 83.61%.Conclusion The test results of dipslides and the cotton swab method have a good consistency.The capture rate of sampling by dipslides is higher,and the operation is simpler.So the applicability is better.
