摘  要:目的观察一种植物源橙花醇的杀菌效果,为消毒应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对某植物源橙花醇的杀菌效果进行观察。结果用浓度为4000mg/L的橙花醇溶液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,平均杀灭对数值>5.0;用浓度为2000mg/L橙花醇溶液对悬液内大肠杆菌作用20min,杀灭对数值>5.0;用2500mg/L的橙花醇溶液对悬液内白色念珠菌作用5min,杀灭对数值>4.00。结论该植物源橙花醇对细菌繁殖体和真菌均具有良好的杀灭效果。Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a plant-derived nerol and to provide a basis for its disinfection application.Methods The quantitative bactericidal method of suspension was used to observe the disinfection effect of a plant-derived nerol.Results The nerol solution with a concentration of 4000 mg/L was applied to Staphylococcus aureus in suspension for 5 min,and the average killing logarithmic value was>5.0;the nerol solution with a concentration of2000 mg/L was applied to Escherichia coli in suspension for 20 min,and the killing log andarithmic value was>5.0;the nerol solution with a concentration of 2500 mg/L was applied to Candida albicans in suspension for 5 min,and the killing logarithmic value was>4.00.Conclusion This plant-derived nerol has good killing effects on bacterial propagules and fungi.
