脉动压力蒸汽灭菌干燥阶段真空度对湿包率影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究脉动压力蒸汽灭菌干燥阶段不同的真空度对产生湿包的影响,为降低湿包率提供参考。方法通过直接观察和称重法,对某医院使用的脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器干燥阶段不同真空度下湿包情况进行观察。结果通过在灭菌器回压阀与空气过滤器之间安装球阀,以控制漏进的空气量来改变灭菌器内腔的真空度。在该压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌程序干燥阶段将真空度调节在100、200和300 mbar 3个范围内,在设定的干燥时间内敷料包湿包率依次为0%、56.67%和100%,器械包湿包率依次为0%、34.92%和57.14%。结论干燥阶段真空度是影响脉动压力蒸汽灭菌物品干燥效果的重要因素,灭菌运行程序干燥阶段确保真空度不超过100 mbar。Objective To study the effects of different vacuum degrees on the production of wet packs in the drying stage of pulsating pressure steam sterilization,and to provide a reference for reducing the wet pack rate.Methods Through direct observation and weighing method,the wet pack rate under different vacuum degrees in the drying stage of a pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer used in a hospital was observed.Results After installing a ball valve between the sterilizer back pressure valve and the air filter,the amount of air leaked was controlled to change the vacuum degree of the sterilizer cavity.In the drying stage of sterilization procedure of the pressure steam sterilizer,the vacuum degree was controlled within three ranges of 100 mbar,200 mbar and 300 mbar respectively.The wet pack rate of dressing packages was 0%,56.67%and 100%respectively in the set drying time;the wet pack rate of instrument pack was 0%,34.92%and 57.14%.Conclusion The vacuum degree in the drying stage is an important factor affecting the items’drying effect of pulsating pressure steam sterilization.The drying stage of the sterilization operation program should be ensured that the vacuum degree does not exceed 100 mbar.
