摘 要:目的通过分析某医院洁净手术部空气菌落总数和尘埃粒子计数监测结果,评价其空气净化效果,为保障洁净手术室的空气质量提供理论依据。方法采用沉降法和9306-V2型激光粒子计数器连续3年对某三甲医院Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级洁净手术室及辅助用房空气菌落总数和≥0.5μm、≥5μm的尘埃粒子计数进行现场检测。结果3年共计监测洁净手术室及辅助用房81间,空气菌落总数合格率(88.10%)高于尘埃粒子计数(58.33%),差异具有统计学意义(F=18.970,P=0.000)。2016-2018年尘埃粒子数合格率分别为30.43%、53.33%和82.24%,呈逐年上升趋势。总体周边区合格率(70.69%)高于中心区(46.55%),其中≥5μm和≥0.5μm微粒合格率分别为75.90%和60.00%。结论建议洁净手术部日常空气质量自我监测增加尘埃粒子计数指标,并加强洁净手术部的维护和保养管理力度。Objective To evaluate the air purification effect by analyzing the monitoring results of the total number of air colonies and dust particle counts in clean operation department of a hospital,and to provide theoretical basis for ensuring the air quality of a clean operating room.Methods Sedimentation method and 9306-V2 laser particle counter were used to on-site examine the total number of air colonies and≥0.5μm,≥5μm dust particle counts in Class I,Class II,Class III,Class IV clean operating room and auxiliary room of a level A tertiary hospital for 3 consecutive years.Results A total of81 clean operating rooms and auxiliary rooms were monitored for 3 years,and the qualified rate of the total number of air colonies(88.10%)was higher than the dust particle count(58.33%).The difference was statistically significant(F=18.970,P=0.000).The qualified rate of dust particle count in each year was 30.43%,53.33%,82.24%,respectively,showing an increasing trend year by year.The qualified rate of the overall surrounding zone(70.69%)was higher than that of the central zone(46.55%),of which the qualified rate of≥5μm and≥0.5μm dust particles was 75.90%and60.00%,respectively.Conclusion It is suggested that the dust particle counting index should be added in the daily air quality self-monitoring of the clean operation department,and the maintenance management of the clean operation department should be strengthened.
