摘　　要：目的调查分析某三甲教学医院工作人员职业暴露的现况及其影响因素,探讨降低职业暴露的方法及策略。方法以全院临床工作人员为研究对象,由调查员利用晨会时间将问卷发至各科室,所得的调查数据进行统计学分析。结果发放问卷2860份,回收2814份,在调查人群中发生职业暴露的共358人,职业暴露的发生率为12.72%。护士的职业暴露发生率最高,其次为工勤人员和实习/规培人员。不同工作年限、不同科室、不同职称医务人员的职业暴露的发生有统计学差异。结论通过提供正确的防护用品、强化培训完善制度、优化职业暴露报告流程等措施可以减少职业暴露的发生。Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of occupational exposure of staff in a level A tertiary teaching hospital,and to explore methods and strategies for reducing occupational exposure.Methods The clinical staffs of the hospital were taken as the research objects,and the questionnaires were sent to each department by the investigator during the morning meeting.The obtained survey data were analyzed statistically.Results 2860 questionnaires were issued and 2814 were recovered.A total of 358 people had occupational exposure in the investigated population,and the incidence of occupational exposure was 12.72%.Nurses had the highest incidence of occupational exposure,followed by workers and internship/regulatory personnel.The occupational exposure of medical staffs with different working years,different departments and different professional titles was statistically different.Conclusion The occurrence of occupational exposure can be reduced by providing correct protective equipment,strengthening training,perfecting the system and optimizing the reporting process of occupational exposure.
