摘  要:目的系统评价抗菌薇乔缝线在外科手术部位感染(SSI)的作用,为临床实践与深入研究提供参考。方法计算机检索Pub Med、Embase数据库、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网、维普数据库和万方数据库,并辅以文献追溯、手工检索等,收集所有抗菌薇乔缝线对SSI作用的随机对照试验(RCT)。按照纳入排除标准选择文献、提取资料,采用Rev Man5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入19篇RCT文献,12475例患者(抗菌薇乔缝线组6054例,传统缝线组6421例)。抗菌薇乔缝线组SSI发生率为2.97%(180/6054),而传统缝线组为5.33%(342/6421)。使用抗菌薇乔缝线可以降低SSI发生率(RR=0.54,95%CI=0.39~0.75),清洁手术切口组与非清洁切口组亚组分析结果一致。结论抗菌薇乔缝线能预防SSI发生。Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of antibacterial triclosan-coated sutures on surgical site infection(SSI),and to provide references for clinical practice and research.Methods We electronically searched Pubmed,Embase database,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data,supplemented by literature tracing,manual search,etc.,to collect all randomized controlled trials(RCT)for the effect of antibacterial triclosan-coated suture on SSI.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria for literature select and data extract,Rev Man 5.1 software was used to conduct meta-analysis.Results A total of 19 RCT literatures and 12475 patients(6054 people in antibacterial triclosan-coated suture group and 6421 people in traditional suture group)were included.The incidence of SSI was 2.97%(180/6054)in the antibacterial triclosan-coated suture group,while 5.33%(342/6421)in the traditional suture group.The use of antibacterial triclosan-coated sutures could reduce the incidence of SSI(RR=0.54,95%CI=0.39~0.75).The results of subgroup analysis of the clean surgical incision group and the non-clean incision group were consistent.Conclusion Antibacterial triclosan-coated sutures can prevent the occurrence of SSI.
