摘　　要：目的调查某省级三甲医院儿科2018年住院患者的医院感染现状及变化趋势,分析季节因素对医院感染的影响。方法查阅医院感染实时监控系统,结合床旁调查和查阅电子病历,分析感染率、感染部位分布及抗菌药物使用。结果7月份的感染率最低,12月份最高;常见的感染部位为上呼吸道、下呼吸道、胃肠道感染及菌血症,合计占93.54%;以革兰阴性菌感染为主;抗菌药物总使用率为68.74%,以一联用药为主(52.86%)。结论该院儿科2018年住院患者的医院感染有季节性差异。感染率仍高于部分医院的报道,应进一步监测医院感染及合理使用抗菌药物,为做好医院感染的防控工作打下良好基础。Objective To investigate the status and trend of nosocomial infections of pediatric inpatients in a provincial level A tertiary hospital in 2018,and to analyze the influence of seasonal factors on nosocomial infections.Methods The incidence of nosocomial infections,the distribution of infection sites and the use of antimicrobials were analyzed by consulting the real-time monitoring system for nosocomial infections,combined with bedside surveys and electronic medical records.Results The incidence of infection was the lowest in July and the highest in December.The common infection sites were upper respiratory tract,lower respiratory tract,gastrointestinal tract infections and bacteremia,that accounting for 93.54%in total.Gram-negative bacterial infections were predominant.The total utilization rate of antimicrobials was 68.74%,mainly with one dose(52.86%).Conclusion There is a seasonal difference in nosocomial infections of pediatric inpatients in the hospital in 2018.The infection rate is still higher than that reported by some hospitals.Futher monitoring of nosocomial infections and the rational use of antimicrobials should be strengthened,which lay a good foundation for the prevention and control of nosocomial infections.
