浅谈网络信息体系概念及其与信息系统的关系

摘　　要：网络信息体系涉及社会科学和自然科学两个领域,本文尝试从社会科学和自然科学两个领域对网络信息体系概念进行阐述。将网络信息体系放在社会科学领域进行解读,提出网络信息体系是人类社会的基本形态,肯定了网络信息体系所涉及的人类社会的本质特征,既服从形式逻辑的正确性,更服从辩证逻辑的真理性;将网络信息体系放在自然科学领域进行解读,提出自然科学领域中的信息系统理论和技术的发展会推动网络信息体系进步和发展,进而推动人类社会进步和发展。但本质上,网络信息体系特征服从人类社会的本质特征,它高于自然科学领域中的信息系统层次,不能将社会领域的网络信息体系降维到自然科学领域中的信息系统层次。混淆社会科学领域中的网络信息体系概念与自然科学领域中的信息系统概念,是造成当前网络信息体系理论上的混乱和实践中的困难的主要原因。This article attempts to explain the concept of network information enterprise from the fields of social science and natural science.Interpreting the network information enterprise in the field of social sciences and proposing that the network information system is the basic form of human society.The network information enterprise involves the essential characteristics of human society,which is subject to both the correctness of formal logic and the truth of dialectical logic.The development of information system theory and technology in the field of natural science will promote the progress and development of the network information enterprise,and then promote the progress and development of human society.However,the characteristics of the network information enterprise obey the essential characteristics of human society,which is higher than the level of the information system in the field of natural sciences.The confusion between the concept of network information enterprise in the field of social sciences and the concept of information system in the field of natural sciences is the main reason for the theoretical confusion and practical difficulties in the current network information enterprise.
