摘　　要：西方是一个历史概念,也是一个现实存在。通常意义上的西方尽管以北约为基石,但它并不乏安全上的担忧:特朗普政府以“美国优先”为视角,“看到了”一个“危险的世界”;欧洲也一直在关注并应对其所面临的种种安全威胁与挑战。一定意义上,现今“美国优先”外交政策已成为欧洲安全的一个挑战因素,加剧了欧洲的不安全。这一切将不可避免地对国际安全、跨大西洋关系及国际秩序产生深远影响。The West is a historical concept as well as a reality:Although the West in the common sense is based on NATO there is no lack of security concerns.The Trump administration"sees"a"dangerous world"from the perspective of"America First";Europe has also been paying attention to and responding to various security threats and challenges it faces.To a certain extent,the"American First"foreign policy has become a challenging factor and exacerbated the insecurity in Europe.All this will inevitably have a profound impact on international security,transatlantic relations and the international order.
